I've coached adults in the Nashoba Valley for over a decade — and I built Ross Fitness from the ground up, the hard way. Not for 25-year-olds chasing a pump. For real people: busy parents, professionals, and folks on their feet all day who are tired of feeling fragile in their own bodies.

My philosophy is simple. Strength is the foundation. Fatigue is never the goal. I'll acknowledge your life — the kids, the stress, the old injuries — and then I'll tell you exactly what to do. No hype. No shame. Just coaching that works, in a room that actually has your back.
